What is the primary responsibility of the Care Team Associate?
The primary responsibility of the Care Team Associate is to support the implementation and execution of Utilization Management programs by preparing authorizations, seeking medical records, and troubleshooting authorization-related issues.
What are the required qualifications for this role?
The required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, being 18 years or older, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and flexibility to work various 8-hour shifts during business hours.
Is any prior experience necessary for this position?
While not required, preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience with prior authorization or claims and 2+ years of administrative support experience.
What hours will I be expected to work?
Employees must have the flexibility to work any of the 8-hour shifts scheduled during normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST, Sunday - Saturday, with possible occasional overtime or weekend work.
