Description
Purpose of the role:
- To develop an understanding of the Kantar Worldpanel service and FMCG environment in order to retain and grow client accounts. This consists of the following two critical elements:
- To support senior members of the team in the development of a selection of key accounts which you will have shared responsibility for
- To proactively run and develop a portfolio of smaller accounts for which you will have full ownership
Requirements
- 2.1 or above degree
- An understanding of or keen interest in the FMCG industry
- Confident communication skills (verbal and written) to create network of contacts and present key work to different stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from the data
- Highly organised and ability to manage changing priorities and workload
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfortable working with large data sets
- Must have full right to work in Ireland and be based in Ireland

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for regular client deliverables in Kantar Worldpanel client online platform, and client training and support in clients’ usage of the online platform.
- Build knowledge of the Worldpanel data, systems and client offers to be able to identify/explain key influencers to market performance.
- Day to day management and responsibility for a portfolio of FMCG clients. Managing both shared clients with a more senior person as well as individual ownership of client management for a select number of clients.
- Building mutually beneficial relationships with key client contacts
- Responding to client briefs and delivery through insight driven presentations with clear actions leading to decision making.
- Commercial development through strategic account planning and development to maximise client revenue.
- New Business support with client briefs
