Responsibilities

  • Responsible of the monthly performance results communication and market database
  • Communicate the performance for all Circana and Nielsen related analysis and other database
  • Contact for Circana and Nielsen data issues, the lead for database clean up and projects.
  • Coordinate the monthly note.
  • Track market/category evolution from diverse perspectives: retailer, channel, total market using NPD, Nielsen data.
  • Tracks and anticipates category growth on Beauty market by channel and builds projection.
  • Demonstrates understanding of shopper metrics and analyses shopper dynamics to drive category growth.
  • Utilize U&A Studies, One Intelligence/International insights, industry publications to come up with consumer insights to validate/question the data.
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of market categories.
  • Coaches internal team in analysis of their business
  • Build relationship with marketing & commercial teams via providing relevant data on the business.
  • Keeps up to date with market and retailer news and proactively shares within the organization.
  • Prepare high executive presentations (Zone, T2T, etc.) for the VP and Division President
  • Develop métier for the category & Luxe brands, helping understand market dynamics & growth drivers.
  • Knowledge of the trends, dynamics & behavior by category, channels, and brand
