Requirements

  • Formation supérieure (Master’s degree idéalement) à dominante RH, Informatique, gestion de projets (ou équivalent)
  • Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire
  • Connaissance SAP SuccessFactor, ADP, People Doc pour le module RH
  • Appétence pour la manipulation de data (maitrise d’Excel, VBA, MS Access, et idéalement programmation SQL)
  • Capacité à comprendre les processus RH
  • Qualités de communication écrite et orale en Français et en Anglais
  • Connaissances basiques de la législation de RGPD (Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données)
  • Rigueur et esprit d’analyse, adaptation et autonomie, curiosité et esprit d’équipe

Responsibilities

  • Contribuer à l’optimisation et à la digitalisation des process RH
  • Accompagner les opérationnels lors des changements de process et de technologie
  • Assister l’utilisation de l’outil time & absence (fonctionnement du logiciel, solution de problèmes, génération des reports)
  • Assister l’intervention en Business As Usual (BAU) dans la gestion des Systèmes d’Information
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les autres domaines transverses des différentes directions pour projets de transformation
  • Structurer et assister les projets grâce à la bonne compréhension et qualification des besoins de l’équipe, le maquettage, la recette, le pilotage des outils de pilotage répondant aux enjeux quotidiens
  • Mettre en place les contrôles adaptés, identifier les anomalies des données produites, les faire corriger et proposer des solutions préventives afin de garantir la qualité des données RH aux travers des différents systèmes
  • Accompagner l’équipe vers une autonomie dans l’utilisation des outils, documenter les différentes réalisations et évolutions
