The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide full administrative and secretarial support to Senior Leadership, through a number of operational and HR, related duties. Support will include, but not be limited to, full diary management, high volume of emails, expenses maintenance, administrative paperwork and ensuring team deadlines are met.

This role serves as a liaison with others within and outside the business handling activities such as event planning, travel arrangements and project follow up.

The role will be supporting the Global Head of CMB Customer Channels. CMB Customer Channels operates globally supporting our partners in GPS, GB, GTRF, MSS and more to provide digital banking products to their customers.

In this role, you will :


 * Provide high quality email, diary management and complex travel arrangements to support the effectiveness of the Senior Leaders and make sure meetings and committees are organised effectively and in a timely manner.
 * Undertake team support managing the logistics for team meetings and leadership/steerco meetings for the senior team together with ad hoc projects and tasks
 * Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
 * Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role.
 * Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.
