The primary responsibility of the Employment Advisor is to directly mentor CAN participants on employment and life skills-related goals and to foster relationships with employers seeking neurodivergent employees.

A minimum of a Master’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, along with at least one year of experience advising, mentoring, or coaching employment skills to a caseload of 25+ neurodivergent adults is required.
