  • To provide administrative support to internal and external customers by allocating report reviews for certification decisions, coordinating processes relevant to report review/certification decisions, preparing and issuing certificates, completing standard owner reports, and undertaking varied tasks related to the maintenance of accreditation and standard owner requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Co-ordinating processes relevant to report review/certification decisions including pre-reviews, report review allocation, and follow-up within agreed timeframes.
  • Preparation and issue of certificates within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain system records, action data changes relating to certification workflows, and system-generated requests.
  • Provide administration support to the certification review team and Technical & Compliance.
  • Complete stakeholder reporting activities within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to internal and external customers.
  • Work is completed accurately, and to a high standard within a planned timeframe.
  • Be a brand Ambassador for BSI.
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Where all documents are available and the technical file is complete, report review is to be allocated within 2 working days of audit report upload.
  • Minimize workflow idle time via completion of pre-reviews and regular follow-ups. Follow-ups are to be completed within 2 working days of initial contact with auditors and reviewers with cc to the Head of Delivery.
  • 80% certificates to be issued within 2 weeks from the audit report submission.
  • Issue all certificates within 5 working days of completion of report review/certification decision.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to reduce the number of expired certificates.
