Responsibilities

  • bouwen van de strategie van Adviesteam Huizen & Servicepunten
  • sounding board voor management, waarbij je met gevraagde en ongevraagde adviezen komt
  • analyseren, initiëren en realiseren van verandertrajecten gericht op groei in efficiency en effectiviteit, onder andere door pilots te introduceren
  • doorontwikkelen en implementeren van de klantcontactstrategie en het operating model van Adviesteam Huizen & Servicepunten
  • optimaliseren van de commerciële strategie o.b.v. analyse van markttrends en performance
  • initiëren en realiseren van (incentive) programma’s om leadgeneratie en samenwerking met andere ING-adviesteams en product tribes (channel connectivity) te stimuleren.
