  • Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, hebt alle communicatieve vaardigheden (vloeiend in Nederlands en uitstekende Engelse vaardigheden) in huis om anderen te overtuigen van jouw analyse en oplossingen, weet grote uitdagingen klein te maken en beschikt over het vermogen om strategische inzichten ter vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.

Responsibilities

  • bouwen van de strategie van Adviesteam Huizen & Servicepunten
  • sounding board voor management, waarbij je met gevraagde en ongevraagde adviezen komt
  • analyseren, initiëren en realiseren van verandertrajecten gericht op groei in efficiency en effectiviteit, onder andere door pilots te introduceren
  • doorontwikkelen en implementeren van de klantcontactstrategie en het operating model van Adviesteam Huizen & Servicepunten
  • optimaliseren van de commerciële strategie o.b.v. analyse van markttrends en performance
  • initiëren en realiseren van (incentive) programma’s om leadgeneratie en samenwerking met andere ING-adviesteams en product tribes (channel connectivity) te stimuleren.
