You should have a banking or legal background, experience in loan collections, knowledge of enforcement and insolvency law, and strong customer service skills, with proficiency in German and English.

You will oversee debt management, handle customer inquiries on account freezes and garnishment, address complaints, and ensure compliance with legal and internal banking regulations.

  <li>Du hast in unserem Forderungsmanagement jederzeit den Überblick und hältst uns in Sachen Pfändungsprozesse administrativ den den Rücken frei.</li>
  <li>Dazu betreust Du Anfragen unserer Kunden, telefonisch wie schriftlich, zu den Themen Kontosperre, Pfändungsbeträge, Drittschuldnererklärung etc. und gibst Auskunft an rechtliche Vertreter zu allen Prozessschritten.</li>
  <li>Wenn es um gesetzliche und bankinterne Vorgaben geht, hast Du immer die richtige Antwort parat und weißt, welche bei der Bearbeitung der Pfändung greifen.</li>
  <li>Dein Daily Business wird bei uns nie langweilig: Beschwerden und Behördenanfragen bearbeiten, SCHUFA-Rückfragen und Nachlassvorgänge prüfen und vollstreckungsvorbereitende Maßnahmen führen. Bei all dem zählen wir auf Deine Expertise und verbindliche Kommunikation.</li>
  <li>So auch, wenn Du Rückfragen zu abgeschriebenen oder verkauften Forderungsportfolien, zu streitigen Verfahren oder Kundenanfragen zur Umwandlung von Girokonten in P-Konten - und wieder zurück - beantwortest. Die gültigen Policies und Arbeitsanweisungen denkst Du dabei natürlich mit.</li>

  <li>Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise in der Bearbeitung von Baufinanzierungs- und Konsumentenkreditforderungen</li>
  <li>Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung des Pfändungsprozesses und erste Kenntnisse in der Verwertung von Sicherheiten</li>
  <li>Know-how in der Bearbeitung von Nachlassvorgängen, Behördenauskünften, Beschwerden sowie Rechtskenntnisse (z.B. Vollstreckungsrecht, Insolvenzrecht) sowie im Umgang mit Banksystemen sowie spezifischen Collections-Systemen</li>
  <li>Wirtschaftliches Denken gepaart mit Kunden- und Serviceorientierung</li>
