Responsibilities

  • Vous serez en charge de développer et piloter la stratégie digitale à destination de nos partenaires commerciaux, en supervisant le lancement et le déploiement d’une plateforme B2B, avec une intégration fluide et des fonctionnalités optimales.
  • En accord avec les objectifs définis par l'équipe marketing, vous serez en charge de développer une stratégie capable d’engager nos clients, qu'ils fassent ou non partie de notre univers visité. Vous proposerez, testerez et mettrez en œuvre des stratégies pour atteindre ces objectifs à travers un calendrier de contenu aligné avec les autres départements en fonction des actualités produits, business etc. Les principaux KPI de la plateforme seront : la croissance du nombre d'utilisateurs, l’augmentation de la fréquence d'utilisation, la mesure de l'engagement avec les différents contenus et le taux d’utilisation des points.
  • Vous jouerez un rôle central en prenant l'initiative de contacter proactivement les autres départements concernés afin de créer des synergies et gérer les priorités en terme de communication et d’animation du site. Vous serez également le point de contact pour nos équipes terrain et/ou clients concernant toute question ou problème lié au site web, et vous assurerez la communication en interne auprès des parties prenantes sur les actualités du site.
  • Vous effectuerez des mises à jour mensuelles du budget (planification, dépenses, engagements et montants disponibles). Vous devrez également évaluer le retour sur investissement (ROI) des stratégies, afin d’optimiser les investissements et contribuer aux objectifs de JTI.
  • Vous serez garant de la maintenance du site, en signalant les bugs et en créant des demandes d'amélioration pour résoudre les problèmes, optimiser les performances de la plateforme et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
