Requirements

  • Insurance Claims experience is preferrable, but we will consider applications from other customer centric backgrounds
  • Experience of working within a team with good case management and workload management skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate and develop where appropriate.

  • Review and respond to claim enquiries, handling and negotiating claims in a proactive manner within authority limits
  • Compliance to statutory regulations
  • Maximise productivity and profitability within the team
