What are the working hours for the Cleaner position?
The Cleaner position is for 32.00 hours per week, with 4 hours per day from Monday to Wednesday, and 10 hours per day from 7.00 am to 5.30 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Is there an opportunity to work extra hours?
Yes, there is an opportunity to work extra hours to cover for sickness and staff holidays.
Will I need a DBS check for this position?
Yes, employment for this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.
What kind of training will I receive?
Full on-site training is provided for the role, as well as PPE provision.
What are the main duties of the Cleaner position?
Main duties include vacuuming, mopping, general cleaning/damp dusting, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, emptying bins, and using mechanical floor cleaning machines.
What is the annual leave entitlement for this position?
The position offers 27 days of annual leave per year to start, in addition to bank holidays.
Is there a referral reward program?
Yes, if you refer a friend or family member who is appointed by the Trust and completes their probationary period, you will receive a £500 reward payment for the introduction.
