  • Project admin, inputting project information, billing and client info onto Sharepoint.
  • Accurate Record management - Invoice input.
  • Invoice reconciliation.
  • Following up with clients for payment of overdue invoices.
  • Handling telephone calls, forwarding to the relevant party, taking messages, assisting with client queries.
  • Supporting to manage managing general inboxes.
  • Ad hoc team queries and requests for administration support.
  • Completing questionnaires for accreditations such as, Alcumus SafeContractor, Constructionline, and Avetta.
  • Completing prequalifying questionaries for tender bids.
  • Scanning and archiving project documents.
  • Arrange and book travel tickets for senior members of staff when they need to attend meetings away from the office.
  • Purchasing of equipment and supplies.
