The Client Growth Associate at Guidepoint will work closely with the senior sales team to strategically increase the user base at client firms through cold calls, emails, and lead generation efforts. They will also monitor client usage trends, onboard new users, and develop knowledge of the financial services industry to effectively communicate Guidepoint's value to clients. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Client Service team to collect feedback on projects and advisors.
