What is the primary responsibility of the Client Onboarding and Investment Analysts/Associates?
The primary responsibility is to manage the onboarding process for new/existing clients utilizing our investment overlay strategies, ensuring transparency and minimal time to market.
What teams will the analysts/associates be required to communicate with?
The analysts/associates will communicate with Sales, Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance teams, and partner custodians.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A BA/BS Degree and 1-4 years of experience are required, along with the ability to analyze information and manage client documentation workflows effectively.
Is experience with Salesforce necessary for this role?
Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not strictly necessary.
What kind of problem-solving skills are expected from candidates?
Candidates should demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, solid judgment, and the ability to independently identify issues and provide documentation solutions.
How many days a week are employees expected to work in the office?
Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
