Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results for our retail industry partners
  • Use data and insights to guide solutions that align with clients' marketing objectives, advising on media, measurement, and creation strategies to deliver against specific client goals
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, agencies and partners
  • Educate clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnerships
  • Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and managing complex workstreams
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving campaign performance
  • Oversee internal account operations (e.g. revenue delivery, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
