Responsibilities

  • Verifies and signs operational jobs
  • Releases shipments for distribution under supervision of depot pharmacist or Clinical Team Leader
  • Manages the change of product status both physically and systematically following client instructions and within the scope of applicable Internal Guidelines
  • Follow and lead packaging instruction form for secondary packaging relabeling tasks ensuring GMP and GDP
  • Have deep knowledge of all the protocols stored at WC Depot to provide instructions to all the Depot Staff
  • Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist whenever required, supporting depot operational activities, as applicable, based on the local legislation
  • Ensure compliance with all government legislative and local health requirements
  • Maintain and assure compliance with applicable ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP, local regulatory requirements, legal requirements, and World Courier Internal Guidelines (or any other so required)
  • Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/ delivery of the products to the sites
  • Perform periodic Depot Self-Inspections as required, to assure everything at the Facility is working as established in WC SOPs
  • Identify and report possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule
  • Manages the status of product to ensure expired stock is moved to Quarantine status
  • Required to be part of an on-call roster 24/7 to provide telephone assistance as well as in person attendance for emergency response in case of any concern occurring at the facility in relation to temperature control of the product
  • Participate in reviewing and authoring global and local SOPs, WI’s and TRN documents

  • Physically perform packing process of inbound, outbound and returned shipments using Cencora World Courier packaging products
  • Participate in occasional scheduled weekend tasks for stock control and balance sheet processes
  • Lead continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure processes are streamlined
  • Fully trained in the Clinical ERP
  • Willingness to be trained how to use EWP equipment

  • Keep Internal Stakeholders informed of the progress of their order and shipment
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions to Clinical and Commercial matters to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
  • Liaise with the Transport Customer Service team in relation to World Courier transport bookings and ensure correct processes are followed
  • Provide information to all WCA business units to ensure work output is coordinated in an effective manner
  • Contribute to team and organisational wide discussions by sharing ideas, experiences and recommendations around improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the business
  • Effectively collaborate with all Internal Stakeholders to ensure the function is operating effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a harmonious team environment
  • Comply with standard operating procedures and policies to ensure that the function is demonstrating consistent practices nationally and is in line with strategic objectives
  • Ensure WCA compliance with all government legislative and other requirements such as ACS, CASA, AQIS, IATA, ISO
  • Ensure full compliance with international local regulations such as WCA RACA SP (Registered Air Cargo Security Program) Australian Customs IATA regulations
