Requirements

  • Our Clothing & Home products are world famous and high quality, so a genuine interest in fashion and lifestyle is important.
  • For our Commercial specialism we are looking for applicants with a Analytical, Supply Chain or Business related degree. For our Product specialism, we are looking for applicants with a Buying or Fashion related degree.
  • For both specialisms, you’ll need to be curious about how a business operates and how it can be improved. You’ll also be confident, highly organised, and comfortable working under pressure. Above all, you’ll have a collaborative working style and a genuine motivation to set high standards for yourself – and reach them again and again.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of their preferred programme.

Responsibilities

  • First, you’ll choose whether you would like to specialise in Commercial or Product. Then you’ll hit the ground running with a 4-month placement at one of our stores, where you’ll learn what makes our Clothing & Home business tick.
  • After your time in store, you’ll move on to a 9-month placement in your chosen specialism. In Commercial, this means you’ll learn how to get the right stock in the right place at the right time, while in Product, you’ll learn how to source the highest quality, most sustainable fashion products at the best prices, from all over the world.
  • In your second year, you’ll take on two 3-month placements in Supply Chain & Logistics and Online Operations to better understand the wider business.
  • And finally, you’ll have the opportunity to boost your learning with a further 4-month placement. In the Product stream, this placement could be in Marketing, Visual Merchandising or Buying, while in Commercial, you could choose to learn more about Online Operations or Merchandising.
