Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree completed by September 2024.
Availability to start full-time (40 hours/week) on October 1, 2024.
Legal eligibility to work in the country you are applying for (UK, Greece, or Belgium).
No more than 2 years of full-time professional experience.
Relevant internship experience for the applied position is a plus.
Enthusiasm for Coca-Cola’s brands, values, and culture.
Demonstrated leadership through roles in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings.
Desire to lead change, manage complex projects, and inspire people in a fast paced, high-performance environment.
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
