Responsibilities

  • Our brand related functions are spread all over the division and will offer you the opportunity to play a role in big responsibilities such as crafting outstanding marketing campaigns, bringing creative ideas to life, working with high profile sports teams and brand ambassadors, designing new digital gaming products, turning customer research into opportunities, developing products and marketing solutions for Retail and beyond!

  • Customer Operations:
  • Customer Operations is here to make sure customers are understood, supported, and always protected. Your time in our Customer Operations function is sure to surprise you, as there’s much more to it than you may realise.

  • Change Delivery
  • Performance
  • Resource Planning
  • Training and Quality
  • Complaints
  • Trading:
  • Joining our Trading teams at ground level is a rare opportunity to gain skills in a highly sought after area of our business. During this rotation you’ll learn how to solve problems at incredible speed, discover how trading power profits, get to grips with the sport markets we operate in and keep our brands outstanding at what we do.

Application Process

  • If your application is successful, you’ll go through three rounds of testing.
  • Round 1: You’ll be invited to complete a short online assessment relevant to the programme you have applied for.
  • Round 2: You’ll be invited to complete a second online assessment with SHL who specialise in general ability and personality testing. This round is to ensure we place you in the right area if you are successful!
  • Final Round: You’ll be invited to an in-person assessment centre taking place in April 2024.
