Responsibilities

  • Devise commercial activities to drive revenue performance across their sites.
  • Local advertising and field marketing activity to drive traffic to sites.
  • Use digital deals, value-added services, and partnerships to achieve car park tariffs and revenue targets.
  • Create annual plans for each car park with digital objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new sites into their territory and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Monitor local competitor activity and use it to develop appropriate strategies for revenue growth.
  • Maintain a consistent record of cross-functional collaboration with sales teams.
