Responsibilities

  • Maximise commercial performance while managing business/project risk (pre and post-contract)
  • Commercialisation of a sub-Business Group service offerings to support business growth and strategy
  • Ensuring that all rates and prices for Wood’s services is prepared, analysed and reviewed to a high standard
  • Developing teams with in-depth commercial and cross-functional expertise to support the assigned business
  • Ensure compliance with relevant commercial/contracting policies
  • Resolution of disputes/claims and cash collection issues
  • Embedding effective commercial governance and assurance across the sub-Business Group / Project / Portfolio of Projects
  • Managing the tender governance process for the sub-Business Group
  • Manages and provides team members with the general direction in commercial activities during the contract life cycle from input into tenders through contract delivery to contract commercial closeout
  • Implementation of the commercial strategy for the Business Unit within assigned project / sub-business group and ensures alignment of objectives to the business unit strategy
  • Promote and demonstrate safety leadership behaviours
  • Always act ethically and with the utmost integrity
