Responsibilities

  • - develop, evaluate and optimize JTI's Trade Marketing strategy in alignment with Company & Brand objectives
  • - ensure alignment and buy-in of the assigned programs (Catman, Activation, Trade engagement and TSP Merchandising) and activities with other M&S functions
  • - evaluate program effectiveness vs. KPI’s, monitor results and recommend corrective actions
  • - develop the Commercial Planning strategy in alignment with company- and brand objectives and aligned with Sales channel priorities
  • - monitor and report the progress of field program execution via PowerBi and TME platforms
  • - develop and supervise the Customer Partnership Engagement and Activation strategy across channels for implementation on both organized and independent level
  • - monitor and control Trade Marketing & Merchandising budget, and recommend corrective action when necessary
  • - develop and optimize category management, the JTI category vision and the Catman strategy in close cooperation with Channel Management
  • - supervise in-depth market data analysis covering trade, competition and JTI developments which translate into added value recommendations/programs to improve the overall business and trade relationships within assigned channels & accounts
