  • Ensure accurate project bookkeeping in compliance with Siemens-Energy guidelines, utilizing systems like SAP, and oversees Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
  • Support Senior Project Manager, Senior Commercial Manager, and global project team in managing financial results, optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, and assets
  • Take responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and addressing commercial risks and opportunities, including negotiating contracts and handling relevant commercial issues
  • Manage commercial aspects based on the chosen business model, including tax concepts, insurance, compliance, ECC (customs), cash flow, and contract documents.
  • Handle Technical Field Assistance (TFA) Contracts, temporary hiring contracts, and support claim negotiations in alignment with the global project team
  • Plan, report, and control using tools like Dash, PMTX, providing financial forecasts
  • Manage suppliers, approve subcontractors' invoices, and oversee goods receipt processes
