Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with transformation project leads to understand key milestones, impacts, and messaging needs.
  • Develop and execute project related communication plans targeting specific internal stakeholder groups e.g. general project awareness building, stakeholder communication plans, townhall information points, developing monthly newsletter content, information relating to shut down of platforms in the lead up to go live, key dates etc.
  • Manage the implementation of global driven initiatives, strategically tailored to drive a high level of adoption for the UKI business audience e.g. adapting communication of the employee surveys and emails at key stages of the project.
  • Build relationships with communications partners in the organisation, as well as key stakeholders, to influence alignment and seek opportunities to leverage ideas across teams.
  • Create or adapt compelling content including senior leader communication, articles, FAQs in order to connect employees to global and local NEO objectives, business initiatives and department.
  • Leverage various communication channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls, digital signage, etc.) to reach diverse audiences.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of communication and engagement efforts, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain content calendar for key comms formats e.g. screens, monthly digest etc.
  • Oversee production of UKI NEO videos, working with an external provider.
  • Support on the maintenance of the UKI NEO sharepoint.
  • Oversee the go live comms campaign for total UKI.
