Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Children's Community Nursing Service and will work in partnership with other practice educators across the Family and Therapies Division.
  • The post holder will lead the provision of educational support and development of the Community Children`s Nursing service Pan Gwent, ensuring that nursing care and delivery is updated and implemented in line with evidence based, best practice.
  • The role also involves participating in recruitment events and taking on responsibility for the newly registered nurse induction programme and rotational posts within the service.
