What is the duration of the Support Worker post?
The Support Worker post is a 12-month secondment to cover the current post holder.

You will be working with people experiencing a variety of mental health issues, promoting recovery, reducing risks, and assisting with positive well-being and functioning.
Where will I be working?
The role covers Chester and the surrounding areas.
Is access to transport necessary for this role?
Yes, access to transport for work purposes is essential.
What kind of support will I provide to service users?
You will support users of the service to access their local communities and assist with specific Care plans that maximize a person's independence.
What kind of training does CWP provide for new starters?
CWP offers up to three weeks of induction, dependent on the role, through their Prepare to Care programme, which gives new starters the knowledge and guidance necessary to grow and flourish.
