Responsibilities

  • Promote the mental, physical and emotional and social health of individuals, families and groups.
  • Provide a high standard of care to individuals and families.
  • Be aware of the needs of patients and their relatives and have knowledge of statutory and voluntary services.
  • Be an effective member of a Nursing Team working within the community directorate.
  • To be responsible for the caseload management and supervision of the nursing team, in the absence of the District Nurse/ Caseload Holder.
