Responsibilities

  • Support the aligned Compensation Lead in the design and implementation of broad-based compensation initiatives and project work streams, ensuring effective solutions.
  • Develop compensation solutions, including retention proposals, senior offer proposals, incentive plan designs.
  • Advise client groups on broad-based compensation issues and processes, in line with WTW’s compensation philosophy.
  • Support the delivery of the annual compensation review process end-to-end process, including partnering with the assigned client group and/or delivering on compensation operations workstreams.
  • Manage processes related to compensation changes throughout the year (mid-year, off-cycle), working with assigned client groups, providing advice to ensure an effective process.
  • Manage benchmarking requests with the support of the analyst team.
  • Execute compensation analysis and outline key findings in compelling proposals to facilitate decision-making.
  • Lead or contribute to compensation projects, from planning/design to successful execution.
  • Work with stakeholders and client groups to understand specific local compensation-related issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide compensation expertise and training to assigned clients group to ensure all compensation related activities are understood and delivered effectively.
