  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to analyze compensation trends, identify gaps, and recommend solutions. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Education & Communication: Create and distribute clear and impactful communication materials that enhance understanding and highlight the value of our compensation programs. Take an active role in educating internal people partners, business units and employees to enable objective decision-making and facilitate meaningful compensation conversations.
  • Project Management: Lead compensation projects of significant impact for business units.
  • Market Analysis: Leverage market research to analyze trends that ensure competitive pay practices. Benchmark positions against external data to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand compensation needs and provide guidance on pay decisions, policies, and practices.
