Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the control and procedure documentation supporting Compensation Delivery and other shared service functions.
  • Maintain control documentation, procedures, job aids, etc. in required system of record, while complying with company standards.
  • Collaborate and consult with partners in Total Rewards, Human Resources, or cross-functional business partners to build sustainable processes, controls, and metrics.
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to meet company policy expectations.
  • Analyze the current state of operations and make recommendations to leadership and stakeholders on process improvement opportunities that reduce risk for the business.
  • Oversee the intake and completion of requests related to audit, testing, and high priority commitments; includes managing timelines for delivery and coordinating input from applicable stakeholders.
