Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Total Rewards team by researching, analyzing, evaluating, and administering total rewards plans and programs
  • Support the Total Rewards in annual processes such as merit, annual incentives, long-term incentives/equity and benefits open enrollment.
  • Evaluate and assign jobs into new or existing classifications and pay structures, assisting with the evaluation of FLSA status for US jobs
  • Participate in salary surveys collecting and reporting of data to third-party survey providers and preparing specific benchmarking analysis as needed
  • Review and approve compensation changes in Workday in the compensation administrator role
  • Maintain and update compensation and benefits related data in Workday
  • Prepare ad hoc reports to support compensation and benefits decisions
  • Participate in compensation or benefits related projects
  • Work with HR Business Partners and other HR Centers of excellence (Recruiting, Talent, HRIS)
