Responsibilities

  • Each day the team will send you complaint response letters to review. Your role will be to edit these letters so that they comply with our Trust’s style guide, check for spelling, grammar, format, and jargon, and that all the questions have been answered in layman’s terms. Ideally, this needs to be done on the day you receive the task.
  • You will need to be able to provide training sessions to new team members and help them write complaint response letters in accordance with our Trust’s style guide. Sometimes additional training sessions will be required to teach specific areas of writing, for example, syntax.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the Trust’s Style Guide for writing and developing training material, and occasionally there may be related projects to become involved in.
