What is the qualification required for this role?
A Level English or a similar relevant subject, along with good knowledge and experience of editorial procedures is required.
What experience is preferred for this job?
Previous experience working in a writing/editing role, experience in writing professional documents for various audiences, proofreading/editing experience, and following style/brand guidelines is preferred.
Will there be any training provided?
Yes, training will be provided both in the initial phase and ongoing education to new team members about writing complaint response letters.
Is previous NHS experience necessary for this role?
Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
