Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Compliance Manager in driving the Council's success in meeting its statutory health and safety obligations as a responsibly landlord whilst continuously striving to improve the safety of its residents, properties, compliance, and stock condition.
  • Provide senior management with assurance that statutory compliance requirements within its residential stock is being effectively managed.
  • Ensure and assure robust programs and plans with effective monitoring and management of contractors.
  • Base these programmes and plans on accurate stock data and information, with key performance indicators tailored to deliver results for all parties.
  • Play a crucial role in the delivery of management surveys, reinspection’s, on-going management, and post work inspections.
  • Achieve and maintain an acceptable level of demonstratable compliance, through quality data and evidence to support all related activities.
  • Assist the Council to remain at the forefront of industry standards by delivering a high-quality asset management service and contributing to a culture of trust, by creating a working environment that is supportive and high performing.
