What are the primary responsibilities of a Concession Merchandiser?
The primary responsibilities include recovering, replenishing, and merchandising the concession shop, validating carton deliveries, implementing Planograms, ensuring stock is available on the sales floor, managing promotions and markdowns, organizing extra stock, processing empty cards and damages, checking style numbers, and providing feedback on sales performance.
Is travel required for this position?
Yes, travel is required to various stores within your assigned route.
What qualifications or skills are necessary for this role?
Candidates should have a good understanding of merchandising, stock management, and sales performance improvement. Strong organizational, communication, and product knowledge skills are also essential.
Will I need to lead or train other team members?
Yes, you will be expected to lead and train partner teams by demonstrating good product knowledge.
How will I communicate performance updates?
You will provide regular updates on the performance of concessions to the Concessions District Sales Manager, along with feedback and recommendations for improvement.
