Responsibilities

  • Manage, implement, and improve vibration, lubrication and thermography based predictive maintenance programs - including on-site data collection, analysis, and determination of recommendations for various types of mining rotating equipment
  • Identify opportunities to improve client plant reliability, availability and/or performance, collaborating with clients to turn to their advantage
  • Provide support and mentoring for colleagues and clients who are in the condition monitoring and reliability space with predictive and preventive maintenance best practices
  • Execute maintenance strategies and programs for clients whilst seeking opportunities to improve practices utilising the latest technologies in wireless sensors and data analytics
  • Assist with investigations by providing technical input to reliability teams for equipment failures and troubleshooting projects
  • Support career developing work scopes such as Motion Amplification, wireless sensor installation and setup, machine laser alignments, in-situ dynamic balancing and Thermographic imaging
  • Regularly communicate with your Wood supervisor to feedback site updates and opportunities to improve or further our engagement
  • Work with world-class industry experts who are pushing the edge of the technology envelope
