  • Review and develop construction framework management strategies which include construction framework management plans and methodologies including developing annual plans for areas of specific oversight, including audits and reports on key risk areas
  • Oversee the implementation of guidance, processes and tools to ensure contractual performance, technical guidance and development of strong commercial relationships for Contractors appointed to the framework
  • Assure full compliance with framework management standards and contractual terms and conditions, manage contractual risk exposure and oversee reporting of areas or instances of non-compliance
