What kind of background or qualifications are you looking for in an apprentice/graduate for this role?
We are looking for candidates who have recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as health and safety, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline. Previous work experience in health and safety or construction would be beneficial but is not essential.
What will be the main responsibilities of the apprentice/graduate Health and Safety Adviser?
The apprentice/graduate Health and Safety Adviser will support senior team members in providing construction health and safety services to clients. This will include assisting with CDM Advisor/Principal Designer duties, writing policies and procedures, conducting site inspections, writing progress reports, and engaging directly with clients on projects.
