  • Guidehouse’s Provider Operations Solutions Area works with clients to measurably improve their operational outcomes through a mix of workforce strategies, improvement in resource utilization, and reduction in variation in care. By leveraging a deep understanding of health system and ambulatory operational best practices supported by data, Guidehouse drives margin and operational improvement across business and purchased services, supply cost, and clinical supply utilization at client provider organizations. 


  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
  • Minimum Degree Status: Undergraduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Fall 2023 and graduate by Summer 2024)
  • Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position.

  • What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Consultants support project teams both on client engagements (on and off-site) and internal projects. Responsibilities will include client and project management, data and information analysis, solution implementation and generation of project results. As a Consultant, a key function of your role will be to support the development and creation of quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams. You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks.
