Responsibilities

  • Lead NAOU SRA workstreams related to ingredient, product, label, claims, and communications innovation & compliance, working cross-functionally with Technical, Brand, and other partners.
  • Review and approve formulas, labels, artwork, packaging materials, and website content for regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in risk assessments and provide regulatory advice to mitigate compliance risk.
  • Lead all regulatory workstreams for our NAOU Freestyle business.
  • Execute competitive assessments of the NAOU claims landscape and disseminate key learnings to identify whitespace opportunities & influence innovation strategy.
