Responsibilities

  • WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:
  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique.
  • Join our Sales Bootcamp, where you will learn about our software, allowing you to make an impact quickly.
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them.
  • Meet key partners in product marketing, sales, customer success and the other departments.
  • Learn the skills necessary to set you up for success
  • Develop firm grasp on our user personas, use cases, tone and voice, and brand standards
  • WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Develop a variety of compelling written materials: social copy, ad copy, blog posts, case studies, and web copy
  • Proactively managing your content projects and reach out to internal partners and stakeholders to keep content projects running smoothly
  • Post your content to our website via our CMS
  • Work with our SEO team to ensure content is optimized for performance
  • WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
  • Understand the performance of your copy content and recommend data-driven actions and adjust as needed
  • Be considered a top-performing member of the content and communications team
  • Set an example for new marketers and assist in training, onboarding and motivating new Lofters
