Responsibilities

  • Support with the management of exposures (including all greeks) arising from existing flex, interconnector and option structures on the desk.
  • Trading liquid option markets and making markets in illiquid option markets (where applicable).
  • Support with bidding for, and the ongoing optimization of a broad book of cross border capacities.
  • Working with external (and internal) customers alongside business development to bring in new structures with embedded optionality to the book, or deal types to help monetize existing exposures.
  • Driving the development of the desk’s tools and resources to value, price, manage and monetize new and existing option structures.
  • Observe and strictly comply with all regulatory guidelines, and within mandated authorities.
  • Coach & educate junior colleagues.
