Responsibilities

  • Contract Support Officers manage the business-as-usual delivery of the Selborne contract. The CSO is empowered to manage the delivery of services on contract in accordance with agreed levels of service/output and performance for their Establishments.The post holder acts as the interface between the Authority and Contractor (“the face of the Authority”), building and maintaining collaborative working arrangements and ensuring training is delivered and change implemented.
  • Support your line manager in managing the business-as-usual delivery of the services under the Selborne contract in accordance with agreed levels of service/output and performance. Represent the Contract Designated Officer at Training Establishment level, acting as the Establishment point of contact for business-as-usual delivery and administration of the Selborne contract.
  • Operate the “Front Door Process” for change requirements, triage requirements, guiding customers through the process and complying with TMG and Navy Command processes.
  • Support the Operations and Delivery team regarding in matters relating to their establishments.
  • Through regular liaison with the TMG Commercial team liaise commercial issues at the earliest opportunity
