Responsibilities

  • - Drive end to end contracts management, contract reviews, drafting, negotiations with Logistics & Spares Suppliers spread across globe.
  • - Lead negotiation from Contracts team to resolve contractual disputes by leveraging financial, operational, and legal know-how.
  • - Influence and assist Logistics Sourcing & Spares in procurement decisions by supplementing legal/ contract perspectives and industry prevalent practices in Logistics & Spares Contracting.
  • - Identify critical issues in the contract, highlight market regulatory/ legal implications if any, provide direction towards resolution of the same and escalate at the appropriate time towards resolving them.
  • - Issue early warning signals in case of delay on the part of Customers / Contractors and advise mitigation actions.
  • - Drive obligations assessment and management for assigned Suppliers to drive Supplier Performance, Risk Mitigation and Contract Compliance.
  • - Transform Contracts Management function to a best-in-class Centre of Excellence team by supporting the implementation of Contract Life Cycle Management tools, establishing robust and structured processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • - Solutioning & Identification of areas to transform, automate and digitize.
  • - Ability to write policies and procedures, playbooks, guidelines in relation to contracts.
  • - Ability to drive end to end projects from initiation to delivery and then post delivery run & maintain.
