Responsibilities

  • This role will sit within the Part Exchange team of our Plot Sales department and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our conveyancers in the acquisition and resale of part exchange properties for our housebuilder clients.
  • Required tasks will include opening and closing files and assisting with the preparation of standard letters and documents.
  • In addition, successful candidates will submit searches, Land Registry applications and SDLT forms and prepare bills/invoices.
  • A good telephone manner is essential as the successful candidate will be involved with calling our clients and external agencies.
  • The role will also involve completing general administration duties such as photocopying, filing and general file management.
