Responsibilities

  • Administer health and welfare benefits programs in compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations while ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Support employees by addressing benefits-related inquiries and resolving issues with vendors.
  • Stay informed on U.S. and Canadian benefits legislation to guide administrative decisions and maintain compliance.
  • Provide expertise and support on policies, processes, and regulatory matters related to benefits administration.
  • Conduct audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity, ensuring error-free HR information and reporting.
