  • Conducting Pre-placement talks and Post Offer Engagements
  • Maintaining a database of premier schools across India along with the details of their Training and Placement Officer and updating the file as and when there is a change with the point of contact.
  • Support WBD’s early talent team in Identifying Interview Panel during Hiring drives, their panel briefing, Interview Scheduling/Coordination etc.
