Responsibilities

  • Performing analysis to support strategic advice and insights on Corporate Development matters to senior leadership.
  • Support in the preparation of internal briefing papers for senior management including the CEO, CFO, and team Directors.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with external advisors, Market / Business Units and Group Functions to support the development and delivery of value-adding projects and analysis.
  • Assist inorganic transaction origination and execution across the Group.
  • Assist in the execution of Group driven Inorganic transactions.
  • Perform valuation analysis of Inorganic opportunities.
  • Assess the impacts on key financial and non-financial metrics (capital, liquidity, ROCE/profitability, etc) of potential Inorganic activity on the Group.
  • Conduct financial due diligence and coordinate other due diligence workstreams on potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
  • Support the provision of Group oversight and support for MU led Inorganic transactions.
  • Assisting regular detailed reviews and strategic option analysis of our strategic businesses as part of the Group’s active portfolio management activity.
