Requirements

We are seeking candidates who showcase a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, personal motivation, and advanced written and oral communication abilities. The ideal individuals for this opportunity possess the following:
A passion for finance and a dedication to building a career in this exciting field.
A track record of taking on leadership roles and handling significant responsibilities.
Agility in learning new concepts, solving problems, and implementing innovative solutions.
Effective communication skills – both written and verbal – to tell stories that captivate and persuade.

Required Education
Currently enrolled in a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a similar field
Available to begin full-time by the program start (Summer 2024)
Preferred Education
3.5 GPA or higher preferred

Picture this: You'll embark on four distinct rotations within our dynamic corporate organization, each lasting six months, where you'll delve into the diverse operations of The Walt Disney Company. These rotations include Technology, Marketing, Project Planning, and Organizational Management, giving you an all-encompassing perspective of our finance world.

Throughout the Corporate FP&A Rotation Program, we'll equip you with a specialized curriculum designed to amplify your communication, leadership, presentation, and writing skills. You'll have the tools you need to evolve into an empowered finance professional.
Mentorship is at the core of our program. We'll pair you with a seasoned senior-level manager who will serve as your guiding light, providing invaluable insights and leadership expertise. This partnership will elevate your two-year journey to new heights.
