Responsibilities

  • To support the smooth running of the Boards of Directors and Councils of Governors and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • The post holder will provide a professional, confidential and high quality administrative and logistical support service to the Trust’s Board of Directors, Board Committees, and Governor meetings, to include agenda production and management, timely production of papers, advanced minute-taking and follow-up of actions as required from the meetings.
  • The post holder will also assist in the establishment, coordination, maintenance, and ongoing development of a range of corporate governance processes and systems, which ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
